A: To make sure all the buyers could get the parcel in time and safely, most of our parcels are send by HK DHL, FedEx ,UPS.
Different shipping way is different price,if you don’t have any request,I will choose our best way to ship your goods.

Q2:How many days could I get my goods? Why don’t we get the goods in time?
A: Generally speaking, it would take 3 to 5 working days go to Europe and America without custom clearance and holiday delay.
Q3: May I have your sample first?
A: sure, we will offer you a sample to check our quality.
If you can accept our small piece sample. it is free sample, but you should pay the shipping for that.
however, we suggest you buy 5 yards first is better, because after you check it, you also use it to make the clothes. Meanwhile we will also give you some small piece sample with your goods to send to you.
Q4: what is your MOQ?
A: We are supplier. We are specialize in lace, wax and headtie.
We have more than 1000 design.

The lace is 5yards for one piece.
The wax is 6yards for one piece.
Q5: Need I to pay the customs fees ?
A: Everyone buy something from other country should pay tax for custom, but Customs fees is depend on your country’s custom. In most time,we will declare value as your request if you need.if you no request, I will do as common according our best way.
Please note we are not accountable any customs fee, Please check it out the customs policy at your own place. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation.
Q6:If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?
A: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem,pls you can take a photo to us let us check it first. And if is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note, if you could not contact me over a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a month.
If you insist to return to good to us, it also is OK, but you should bear the shipping fee, and when we received the good, will refund you the money.
